In Kyiv, DTEK energy workers restored power to 2,000 families after a Russian combined attack.

According to Ukrinform, DTEK Group reported this on Telegram.

Due to the attack on the capital, some residents were left without electricity.

As soon as the energy workers received permission from the military and rescue services, they immediately reconnected all houses to backup lines for the duration of the repairs.

As reported by Ukrinform, President Volodymyr Zelensky said that on the night and morning of September 28, Russia launched nearly 500 strike drones and more than 40 missiles, including Kinzhal missiles, at Ukrainian cities.
