A power outage has affected thousands in Hennepin County, Minnesota, on Sunday.
According to Xcel Energy’s power outage map, residents in Mound, Minnetonka, and Minnetrista have reported the largest number of outages, although other locations have also experienced power loss.
Xcel estimates that the outage impacted over 10,000 people as of 2:20 p.m.
While the cause of the outage has not been stated by Xcel Energy at this time, the supplier expects power to return by 3:45 p.m. to most impacted locations.
