A new business park is planned in York County.
New View Business Park on Industrial Drive in Fairview Township near Lewisberry will include four buildings — a 10,000-square-foot building, an 18,000-square-foot facility, and two 100,000-square-foot buildings with the flexibility to combine the larger buildings into a single 200,000-square-foot facility.
The larger facilities are planned as concrete panel construction featuring rear loading and office/commercial storefronts. The project offers space for light industrial, commercial, or wholesale tenants.
Lower Paxton Township-based Triple Crown Corporation is the developer of the project, while NAI CIR, a commercial real estate firm in Lemoyne, is handling the leasing.
The business park is located off Interstate 83 at Exit 35.
The two 100,000-square-foot buildings will probably be built first, according to Daniel Alderman, a real estate agent with NAI CIR.
The 10,000 and 18,000-square-foot buildings could be built next year if deals are completed with prospects, according to Alderman.
A new Sheetz convenience store is scheduled to open adjacent to the site in 2026, according to NAI CIR.
